Anatolia Rust Stickley Rug
The folk art characteristics of this rug's design patterns has an ethnic look that I wanted for my great room. This did the trick!
This hand-knotted rug’s name is taken from the region of Anatolia, or present day Turkey, where rug weaving dates back as far as 1272 when Marco Polo made a trip and commented on the fineness of the rugs. In his writings he described rugs characterized by rich colors, warm tones and extraordinary geometric patterns as they are in this wool rug crafted in India.
