The Craftsman Palmette Trellis Ruby Rug features a rich, deep crimson ground with intricate palmette and geometric trellis motifs in cream and charcoal accents. Hand-knotted from 100% Tibetan wool, this artisan rug brings warmth and authentic craftsmanship to any room. Available in custom shapes and sizes to fit your space perfectly. Certified child labor free and made in Nepal by skilled weavers who honor traditional techniques.
Lead Time & Delivery

Our hand‑knotted rugs are crafted in small artisan batches. Some sizes ship in 3–5 days, while others are woven to order with a 16–18 week lead time. Because inventory changes often, we’ll confirm the exact status of your size once your order is placed.

Most in‑stock rugs ship from our supplier’s warehouse with UPS/FedEx tracking provided once in transit. An adult signature is required at delivery.

For made‑to‑order rugs, a 50% deposit places your order, with the balance due when the rug is ready to ship.
Cleaning & Care

Hand‑knotted rugs are made to last for generations. Vacuum regularly using no beater bar, and rotate every few months for even wear. Blot spills immediately—never rub—and use only mild, wool‑safe cleaners. For long‑term care, professional cleaning every 1–2 years helps preserve the rug’s beauty and longevity.
Warranty

Every hand‑knotted rug purchased through Mission Motif is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Normal wear, improper cleaning, and damage from pets or furniture are not included. If you ever have a concern, contact us and we’ll help coordinate evaluation and next steps.
