Clean surfaces periodically using warm water, mild soap (such as dish detergent), and a soft cloth or microfiber sponge.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia, bleach, or solvent-based chemicals. These will damage the protective coating and void the product warranty.
Natural Aging & Patina:
Finishes are crafted to age and patina naturally over time when exposed to outdoor elements, enhancing their handcrafted character.
Glass & Metal Care:
Wipe glass panels with a standard non-ammonia glass cleaner or warm water and soft cloth, taking care not to let excess cleaner pool around metal joints.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for life. Structural issues will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense (materials only; labor excluded).
5-Year Electrical Coverage: Electrical sockets and components are covered for 5 years.
Finishes: Finishes are excluded from warranty coverage, as they are designed to age and patina naturally over time.
Terms & Exclusions: Applies only to the original purchaser and original installation. Void if damaged by improper installation, modifications, improper maintenance, or abrasive cleaners.
