The Berkeley Long Body Column Mount BC-17L is a handcrafted outdoor column fixture by Arroyo Craftsman, built in the Arts & Crafts tradition using solid copper construction and hand-applied metal finishes. The largest in the Berkeley long body column series, its extended profile makes a substantial architectural statement on grand entryways and estate-scale columns, with a UL wet location rating for fully exposed exterior use.

Custom made to order, the BC-17L is available in the full range of Arroyo Craftsman finishes and art glass options. Shown in Raw Copper with White Opalescent glass, each fixture is individually finished by hand, and living finishes will develop a natural patina over time — a hallmark of authentic Arts & Crafts metalwork.

Cleaning & Care

To preserve the beauty of your Arroyo Craftsman fixture, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents, which can damage hand-applied metal finishes. For art glass shades, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Metal finishes are living surfaces that may develop a natural patina over time — this is characteristic of unlacquered finishes such as Raw Copper and Mission Brown. To slow patina development, apply a thin coat of paste wax periodically and buff lightly.

Always turn off power before replacing bulbs or cleaning. Use only bulb types and wattages specified for your fixture.
Warranty

Arroyo Craftsman fixtures are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, conditions outside the fixture's UL rating, incorrect bulb types or wattages, or normal wear of living finishes.
