Once your Stickley hand‑knotted rug is purchased, our team prepares it for secure shipment directly from our Atlanta showroom. Most in-stock rugs arrive within 3-5 weeks, depending on size and availability. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your rug is in route. When it arrives, simply unroll and allow the fibers to relax naturally; slight creases from shipping will settle on their own. Rugs that are not in stock can take up 16-18 weeks.

Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth, never rub and use only mild cleaners approved for wool. Professional cleaning is recommended every 1–2 years to maintain the rug’s beauty and longevity.

Every Stickley hand‑knotted rug purchased through Mission Motif is backed by Stickley’s manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper cleaning, or damage from pets or furniture.
