Most in‑stock hand‑knotted rugs ship within 3–5 days from our supplier’s warehouse. You’ll receive UPS/FedEx tracking once your rug is on its way, and an adult signature is required at delivery.

Rugs not in stock typically have a 16–18 week lead time. We’re always happy to check availability for you. For back‑ordered rugs, a 50% deposit places your order, with the balance due when the rug is ready to ship.

Every hand‑knotted rug purchased through Mission Motif is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
