Lead Time & Delivery

This piece of furniture is handcrafted by our Amish builders who take pride in their workmanship. Because of that, most custom Amish furniture is made to order in about 10-12 weeks, though lead times can vary by builder and season.

Once your piece is complete, it begins its journey to you through the same level of care with which it was made. All of our deliveries are In‑Home White Glove, because we believe the people who bring your furniture into your home should honor the craft just as much as the people who built it.

Our flat‑rate delivery starts as low as $299, and we’re always happy to provide a custom delivery quote based on your location and the pieces you’re purchasing ensuring you receive the best possible price.

Depending on where you live, your order may include a Flex Delivery window, meaning our delivery partners will contact you to schedule an appointment within a set date range. This allows us to coordinate the safest, most cost efficient route while keeping your furniture protected from start to finish.

Cleaning & Care
  • Control the Climate: Keep your home's relative humidity between 35% and 45% and the temperature around 21°C (70°F) to prevent the wood from shrinking or splitting.
  • Avoid Heat & Sun: Keep pieces away from direct sunlight, heating vents, fireplaces, and radiators to prevent fading and warping.
  • Dust & Clean Gently: Dust regularly with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth. Clean stickier messes with a cloth slightly dampened with warm water and mild soap, wiping with the grain and drying immediately.
  • Skip the Silicone: Avoid commercial sprays or polishes containing silicone, wax, or high alcohol content, as they leave a damaging film.
  • Protect the Surface: Always use coasters, trivets, or felt pads under hot dishes, liquids, and decor accessories.

Warranty

Our Amish furniture includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and solid‑wood construction. Natural wood variations, seasonal movement, and normal wear are not considered defects. Hand‑applied finishes include a 1‑year finish warranty.

If you ever have a concern, contact The Mission Motif and we’ll work directly with the builder to evaluate and resolve the issue. We stand behind every piece we sell with the same pride our craftsmen put into making it.
