Lead Time & Delivery
  • Production Timeline: All lighting fixtures are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 12 to 16 weeks, though lead times may vary depending on seasonal demand.
  • Shipping & Tracking: Orders ship via UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email with your tracking information prior to delivery.
  • Delivery Inspection: Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the box, take photos to document it before signing for the delivery.
  • Damages & Claims: Any shipping damage or product defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Packaging: You must retain all original packaging materials. They are required to process an insurance claim or return.
Cleaning & Care
  • Clean surfaces periodically using warm water, mild soap (such as dish detergent), and a soft cloth or microfiber sponge.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
    Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia, bleach, or solvent-based chemicals. These will damage the protective coating and void the product warranty.
  • Natural Aging & Patina:
    Finishes are crafted to age and patina naturally over time when exposed to outdoor elements, enhancing their handcrafted character.
  • Glass & Metal Care:
    Wipe glass panels with a standard non-ammonia glass cleaner or warm water and soft cloth, taking care not to let excess cleaner pool around metal joints.
Warranty
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty: Guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for life. Structural issues will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense (materials only; labor excluded).
  • 5-Year Electrical Coverage: Electrical sockets and components are covered for 5 years.
  • Finishes: Finishes are excluded from warranty coverage, as they are designed to age and patina naturally over time.
  • Terms & Exclusions: Applies only to the original purchaser and original installation. Void if damaged by improper installation, modifications, improper maintenance, or abrasive cleaners.
