The Saranac Side Table is crafted to last, with thick beveled panels, mitered corners, and pinned spline joints, while at the same time its open-volume design lets in air and light. The Saranac Collection is a beautiful example of the sustainable use of timber, crafted from rustic offcuts of black walnut. Unpredictable grain patterns and color, knots and burls, splits, worm holes, and even linear ruts left by a hollow stem (\"pith\") are among the qualities that are unique from one Saranac piece to the next.
