This Peacock Feather design is inspired by the beauty of nature.  Starting with a sketch by Kevin O'Brien, this design is then printed on silk velvet, then hand-painted in small batches by artisans in Philadelphia. Dye is applied by hand in layers on the velvet fiber surface.
