Woven from 100% hand-spun New Zealand wool and finished with colorfast Swiss Chrome dyes, the Storm Falcon is built for lasting beauty. Approximately 80 knots per square inch deliver a dense, luxurious hand that holds its character for years.
Lead Time & Delivery

Most in‑stock hand‑knotted rugs ship within 3–5 days from our supplier’s warehouse. You’ll receive UPS/FedEx tracking once your rug is on its way, and an adult signature is required at delivery.

Rugs not in stock typically have a 16–18 week lead time. We’re always happy to check availability for you. For back‑ordered rugs, a 50% deposit places your order, with the balance due when the rug is ready to ship.
Cleaning & Care

Hand‑knotted rugs are made to last for generations. Vacuum regularly using no beater bar, and rotate every few months for even wear. Blot spills immediately—never rub—and use only mild, wool‑safe cleaners. For long‑term care, professional cleaning every 1–2 years helps preserve the rug’s beauty and longevity.
Warranty

Every hand‑knotted rug purchased through Mission Motif is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Normal wear, improper cleaning, and damage from pets or furniture are not included. If you ever have a concern, contact us and we’ll help coordinate evaluation and next steps.
