Lead Time & Delivery

At Mission Motif, we’re a small business that takes pride in every step of your experience—including delivery. We care just as much who delivers your furniture as who makes it, which is why your Stressless recliner or sofa is handled by trusted white‑glove professionals.

Once your piece arrives from Stressless, we schedule In‑Home White Glove delivery, where your furniture is brought inside, placed exactly where you want it, assembled, and all packaging is removed. Most Stressless orders arrive within 6–10 weeks, depending on the model, leather selection, and current production timelines. We keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where your order stands.
Cleaning & Care

Stressless furniture is designed for long‑term comfort and durability, and a little routine care keeps it looking beautiful. Leather should be wiped gently with a soft cloth and conditioned periodically using Stressless‑approved products to maintain its natural feel.
