Rugs not in stock typically have a 16–18 week lead time. We’re always happy to check availability for you. For back‑ordered rugs, a 50% deposit places your order, with the balance due when the rug is ready to ship.

Blot spills immediately—never rub—and use only mild, wool‑safe cleaners. For long‑term care, professional cleaning every 1–2 years helps preserve the rug’s beauty and longevity.

Every hand‑knotted rug purchased through Mission Motif is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
